He is good, not only in the decision-making process at company, but also in a wide range of other activities which create value for our customers and his business partners. Using intellectual and corporate experience in harnessing the growth of the company and all set to venture into the next level of growth.
His ultimate aim as one of the owners is to constantly educate & improve himself in field of pesticides and chemical products and to be in touch with the best manufacturing & operating processes through which Kilplay pesticides will reach to new heights not achieved yet.
Ankit’s mission is to become one of the largest pesticide formulating company in the entire region and become leading manufacturer of pesticide products, micro fertilizers, biofertilizers and biopesticides.

He is one of the Director at Kilplay Pesticides and possess strong leadership skills he always lead the team to successful completion of its objectives. He have the capacity to manage internal and external meetings, production and quality controls he is having a strong understanding of management and communications competencies, and demonstrate an ability to drive a business’s culture through a department and have always take work towards a unified vision.
He has a demonstrated reputation of conveying strong execution and profitability enhancement while keeping up customers requirement and company values. Experienced in many different fields, he is a strategic, innovative thinker who challenges the status quo bringing the company with the Up-Scale Automation Model.
